Because our reports are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been generated and accessed.
If you accidentally purchased the same report twice, please contact us within 24 hours with your transaction ID, and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate.
If you encounter a technical error that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, please contact our support team. We will resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be fixed.
